By placing an order through the MY MEAW website, you agree to the following terms. These policies are established to ensure that you are fully informed about our refund and return procedures.

Order Cancellation:

Please request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Once your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number provided, we are unable to cancel it.

7 Day Refund Policy:

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Due to our overseas warehouse location, we only offer refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect products. Refund requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted, except in cases of incorrect items received.

We do not offer refunds if your cat(s) do not like our products. Each cat has its own preferences, and we cannot control their choices.

Damaged, Wrong Products, or Issues:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

Resending:

We only resend products for damaged, incorrect, wrong size, or defective items. Contact us to arrange for a resend.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee for resends or refunds.
