Standard Order Processing: 3-7 business days
Our team is currently experiencing high volume of orders and will process your orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are subject to acceptance by My Meaw Team. This means that our team reserves the right to reject any order received. In the case of order rejection, you will be notified, and our team will refund payments in full.
SHIPPING POLICY
My Meaw supports worldwide shipping, allowing you to shop with us wherever you are! Most of our items are shipped from overseas warehouses so that our international customers can enjoy our products at a more affordable price. The delivery times are as follows:
- Deliver to United States: 5-15 business days
- Deliver Internationally: 7-20+ business days
For our US customers, certain items are shipped from our US warehouse, and delivery takes around 3-7 business days.
You can reach out to our support team at support@mymeaw.com to change delivery details within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped or in transit, delivery details cannot be changed.
WHY ARE THERE MISSING ITEMS?
If your order is too big, it might be divided and shipped out in 2 or more batches to make it smaller and reduce shipping cost for you. So if you've received one batch of your order and found out there are many items missing, please reach out to our support team, and we will send you the remaining tracking code for the items that are on its way to you!
