  1. What currency are the prices in the site?

    • Our base price is in USD, but the price will reflect the currency based on your current location.
    How many days does it take for an order to arrive?
    • We offer one type of shipping: Standard Shipping (5-15 business days). Once you place your order, we will provide you with a tracking number where you can check all the information regarding your order.
  2. How do I know if my package is shipped and on its way?
    • Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order is processed and leaving the warehouse, you'll receive another automatic email with shipping information. Feel free to reach out to inquire about your order status!
    How can I track my package?
    • Send us a message, and our staff will check it for you!
  3. Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
    • If you ever receive a wrong/damaged item, you can request a resend/refund from us. While we're confident in the quality of our product after testing it on many cats, we do not provide a refund if your cat(s) doesn't like our products. Each cat has its unique preferences, and it's beyond our control if your cat chooses not to like our products. We hope you understand!
  4. Why Are There Missing Items?

    • If your order is too big, it might be divided and shipped out in 2 or more batches to make it smaller and reduce shipping costs for you. If you've received one batch of your order and found many items missing, please reach out to our support, and we will send you the remaining tracking code for the items that are on their way to you!
